Within the past 3 years, 12 continuous months at anon-U.S.company in an executive role (no ownership required)
Plan to continue in an executive role in the U.S.

Non-U.S. Companye.g. Mainland China / Hong Kong / Singapore — all three conditions below

At least 10 full-time employees(social insurance not required — real paid employment is enough)
Annual revenue USD 700,000+(internal financials OK), or if revenue is lower, prior investment cost and net assets of USD 1.4M+
Genuine operations — provide ~1 year of contracts and corporate bank statements

U.S. CompanyChoose one of the following

If operating <1 year: no revenue/employees required, but open a U.S. corporate bank account, inject capital (USD 200k+ suggested), and lease a U.S. office before filing
If operating ≥1 year: physical U.S. office; ideally 5 full-time staff (U.S. citizens, green-card holders, or valid work-visa holders)

The Two Companies Must Be RelatedMeet one of the following three relationship types

Parent/subsidiary, branch, or affiliate
Temporary share transfers accepted — evidenced by share certificates or charter shareholder lists and percentages
Nominee / hidden shareholding is not accepted
